A quality home builder, that is experienced in the construction of single family homes will be selected to lead in the construction and the development of the residential portion of the North Albany Village project.

Brownstone style attached single family homes will be built by a builder selected for their knowledge of that specialty.

The homes pictured here are only representative of the type and style that is expected, a market study to be conducted will set the actual inventory of homes that will be built in the project.
